Hey, I’m Lucia!
I’m the Founder and Lead Designer at Idea Marketing, and I’m here to help you turn your vision into a website that not only looks amazing but actually grows your business.
My journey started with a Master’s in International Business and a career exploring the world of marketing. But something was missing. I realized my true passion wasn’t in the spreadsheets or the campaigns—it was in the magic of web design. That’s when I decided to follow my gut, enroll in the Website Design and Development program at BCIT, and dive headfirst into the world of crafting websites that connect, engage, and deliver results.
Fast forward to 2015, when Idea Marketing was born. Since then, I’ve had the absolute privilege of working with businesses all over the world, helping them stand out in competitive markets with websites that don’t just look pretty—they actually do the heavy lifting. Think more sales, more clicks, and more success.

As the newest member of the Idea Marketing team, I am so excited to be part of a company where I am able to use my skills to help other businesses grow their audiences. With a BA in arts, media, and culture, and a minor in theatre, I always knew that I was meant to work in a career where I could put my creativity to good use, and through digital marketing, I have the wonderful task of helping our clients through both the creative and analytical processes which will increase their digital presence.
Part of what makes this job so exciting for me is that no two days are ever the same – I love getting to switch it up with a variety of different skills from content writing to social media graphics, and most of all I am so grateful for the opportunity to build solid, meaningful relationships with our clients.
