Even with a limited budget, there are always ways to increase the value of your online marketing presence. After the initial consultation, we require a 30% deposit before starting to work on your project, and only collect the payment remainder after completion when you are 100% satisfied
We bill monthly for website maintenance services, pay per click campaigns, and search engine optimization, while billing contractually for any web design, redesign, content writing or graphic design projects we take on.

Every project is different in terms of complexity and scope, but our clients can typically expect a completed website within 2-4 weeks for simple websites with around 5-10 pages, and over 4 weeks for more complex projects.
While we do work with other platforms, we prefer to build the majority of our websites using WordPress because we believe it to be the best and most suitable platform for our clients out there. With WordPress, clients are able to have complete control over their finished product long after we have completed it, which is very beneficial as they don’t necessarily have to pay our agency for every small edit they need to make going forward.
Idea Marketing does provide site hosting, but we are also happy to offer alternatives
Populating a website is always a collaborative process between Idea Marketing and our clients. Ultimately, the client knows their business better than anyone, and so provides media and information that helps to fill out the structure of their new website. That being said, we do also offer content writing services to provide our clients with professionally written, search engine optimized texts for blogs, web pages, social media posts, email marketing, and so much more.
This is entirely dependent on the website you already have. We are happy to offer a free website audit to evaluate the areas of your website that could use improvement, after which we discuss whether the best solution is to focus on a redesign, and improve your existing site with some adjustments, or if transferring your content to a brand new website would serve you better.
We want our clients to be as involved in the design process as they would like – after all, the final product exists to serve them. We will always give suggestions and opinions based on our expertise and experience, however every suggestion is taken into consideration and no project is complete until our clients are 100% satisfied.Â

Yes. Analytics reports are included on a monthly basis as we monitor and adjust your paid campaigns so that you are aware of exactly how effectively your money is being spent.
Our primary focuses for PPC campaigns are Google pay per click, Facebook ads, and Instagram
When we design your website, we always apply standard SEO practices to our layouts and coding, however, in order to see real results, we offer additional SEO services to really boost your web traffic.
We are passionate about helping small-medium sized businesses, and a large part of that is making sure they can be found by their local customers. We use Google My Business to make local SEO part of our process so that our clients’ visibility increases within their specific geographical location.

After we have completed your website, it is yours to do what you wish with. We know that your business is going to keep developing, and your website will need to develop with it. This is why we offer maintenance services to keep your website up to date as your business grows.
Our website design and development services include training to help you understand how to make changes to your content and keep your website up to date. However, if you are not interested in editing your content yourself, we are happy to do so! As well as maintenance, we offer content and blog writing services to keep your website fresh, professional, and relevant.
We never consider a job finished until our client is 100% satisfied with the end product. No matter how many rounds of revisions this requires, we are committed to producing a website that you will be proud to showcase.
