What is a VIP Design Day?
A VIP Design Day is 8 hours of my undivided attention on your website. We’ll tackle your biggest priorities—new pages, product updates, technical fixes, design tweaks, SEO improvements, you name it. Think of it as a full day of “get it done” energy for your business.
Is the VIP Design Day right for me?
If you’re ready to finally check off that long to-do list, boost sales, improve your site, or simply stop waiting months for changes, this is for you. You’ll get the most out of it if you can make quick decisions and give feedback as we go. E-commerce brands and service providers, especially in fashion or retail, see huge wins with this format.
How many pages or tasks can we cover in one day?
It really depends on your wishlist and the complexity, but in 8 hours, we can often:

What do I need to prepare before our day?
Ahead of your VIP Day, you’ll just need to fill out a quick questionnaire, share your brand photos, and provide any content you want to use. If you need help with text, I can do some copywriting tweaks or write new sections during the day, too.
What if I need branding help?
I can help you update your colors, fonts, and overall style within your VIP Day. If you want a full branding overhaul, logo, moodboard, custom graphics, I’ll recommend booking a dedicated day just for branding.
How soon can we get started?
I typically book out a few weeks ahead, so it’s best to reach out as early as possible to secure your spot. This also gives us time to prep and gather everything we’ll need for your day.
Special Note: I’ll be in the Cayman Islands for 10 days in August with two VIP Day spots available, perfect if you want to work together while I’m there (either in person or virtually).
How does payment work?
To reserve your VIP Day, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due when we wrap up your project. You can pay via PayPal or credit card, whatever’s easiest for you.
What if I need more time?
If you’ve got a big list or ambitious goals, sometimes we’ll need more than one day. You can always book an extra VIP Day or half-day. If you’re looking for a full brand and web overhaul, I’ll recommend my custom package instead. But you’ll be amazed what we can achieve in just 8 focused hours.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Vancouver, Canada, but I work with clients worldwide. In August, I’ll be working from the Cayman Islands (beachside, if I’m lucky!). Whether you want to work in person while I’m there or connect virtually, I’m flexible.
How do you get so much done in one day?
